Phone arrived 21.3.2017 no headset so I rang and I go the respond when I I said it was not with my phone " oh I know what has happened go to the samsung web page or shop and put in the proof of purchase and it will come "

Went to the web page and the offer Ended october 2016

Just spent the last hour on the chat and got this

My story is same as other people, I upgraded my phone on 24th March 2017 to Samsung S7 Edge, along with this I was expecting my Gear VR for free however I didnt receive this and followed up multiple times with VF and nothing was sorted out. Customer care reps told to visit Store and Store reps told call up Customer care and Online chat. None of them helped with correct information. On May 5th 2017 I had to caught up online with VF reps and had chat for 2 hours to get this sorted but still didnt help. On 6th May, when I followed up again I was told to order Gear VR from online and amount would be credited to my account which they did too however I didnt receive Gear VR and when called up customer care, I was told that order has been cancelled as the item is out of stock and they told that they will call me up however till now no response.  Please help me.
