Hi there
Please don't type messages all in capitals, other than being really hard to read, it is regarded as "shouting".
At the moment all SureSignal devices only broadcast a 3G signal so you won't be able to get 4G using it. In the future there may be a new version that broadcasts 4G but nothing has been announced. Also your S2 isn't 4G compatible, so you currently won't be able to get a 4G signal.

Does anyone know when Vodafone will come out with a 4G SureSignal?

The suresignal is primarily used for voice connections, so it shouldn't matter if 3g or 4g
For data, as it uses your internet connection to get to the outside world, 99% of the time people have wifi on their network, and will get data that way... Both faster and more reliable than trying to piggyback off the mobile network.
