When will I see the credited amount?

I recently upgraded via the phone. I am due to recieve my Iphone 6 tomorrow. The guy on the phone said i was to be credit £19.99. Where will I see this and how long will it take? I didn't want to post on the forum or call as i'm at work. I do wish there was a direct email address.

The credit will appear on your next bill.

If it does not do so call 191 and speak to Accounts.
