How do I stop vodafone repeatedly sending me emails and texts saying they are stopping my sure signal "because it has not been used for while" (which is nonsense) and requesting me to register it (their website confirms it is registered)? And how do I contact them when they don't supply an email address or answer 191?

I'm getting the same emails and texts about an old Sure Signal that was replaced some time ago. They are very annoying but it only takes a second to delete the email.

There is no publicly available email address which is why one is not provided.

 

Calls to 191 are definitely answered (assuming you're calling during their opening hours).  An alternative would be to use LiveChat to get assistance with your SureSignal.
