help with internet access!!

Hi there, i opened a new contract with vodafone in feb, and ever since then I have been unable to use my internet anywhere unless im connected to wifi!! Its ridiculous and im really getting annoyed with it as I have 1gb of internet usage on my plan and can't use it at all!!

I have been a loyal vodafone customer for years now but am seriously thinking of buying out and changing networks!!

I have tried sending the settings by text from the website but even that does not work!!

Ahhhhhhh!!

Someone please help meeeeeeeee!!

Did texting the word WEB to 40127 work for you?

If you are still struggling with the not getting the configuration texts on your S4, please take a look at the step by step guide on how to enter the settings manually:

Hi there

 

If you weren't able to get the settings by visting www.vodafone.co.uk/settings you can also get them by texting the word WEB to 40127.

Thanks, i tried the settings thing where u add ur number an copy the code, but comes up with this:

You might need to enter the settings manually, visit vodafone.co.uk/settingsinfo for more information.
Legacy BlackBerry users (before BB10) will need BlackBerry Internet Services (BIS) to access internet and email services. I just want my internet too work!!! Have text the number so hopefully it will sort my problem :Smiling: fingers crossed!!!

If you are using BlackBerry handset then please contact customer service and tell them to add BIS in your account, BIS is required to use Internet in BB handset.

Now BIS is nothing but an add on.
