iPad pay monthly personal hotspot / tethering not working

I've got a 2GB pay monthly plan with my ipad, but every time I try to activate Personal Hotspot it says to go to the Vodafone website. I tap Go to Website and then find the guide, but its useless because every time I try to activate it, it shows the same message. What's going on?

I didn't realise that Vodafone has finally enabled the personal hotspot functionality for the iPad. Nice one!

 

As it happens I have a couple of limited edition "The New iPad" aka iPad 3s on 2Gb Pay Monthly contracts.

 

Would appreciate if one of the kind Vodafone folk can advise me of the process for enabling this functionality.
