Hi,
My sure signal serial is 40113851659
I have been using an iPhone 4 and have upgraded to an iPhone 5. In the process, I've moved my number to and activated a new Nano SIM.
This Nano SIM doesn't seem to be registering with my sure signal (despite picking up 'normal' Vodafone signal without a problem).
How do I fix this?
Thanks,

Time.
something must have woken up overnight because it was using the sure signal this morning (5.30am) and continues to work fine. I guess something just needed some time to update.

Hi Lee
I've been advised by VF that my sure signal was dead (power light flashing) and needed a replacement.
So I now have the VSS v2 but I'm having connectivity problems with this one as well.
It's been plugged in since saturday but it looks like it still hasn't connected to the VF servers.
I have reset/de/re-registered etc but no luck.
Would you mind checking on your side if it's been connected or not?

Many thanks

Hi Guys,
Thanks for your posts here.
@ Gabs26, I’m sorry that we have missed your last post.
I have taken another look at the registration for you today and can see that it did update last night, and as such should now be working, can I ask if this is still an issue?
I can see that there does seem to be an issue with the location profile which I have updated for you, please let me know if this makes a difference at your end.
@ marbod, I have re-synced the Sure Signal for you today, please let me know how you get on.
@ gummra, can you verify that you are using the Apple Time Capsule? If yes, I would recommend taking a look at this thread to see if this resolves your issue.
James

Hi.
Increasing frustration with VF has led me to this thread with the feint hope of a solution. As I see it at the moment, I'm paying for a service VF cannot provide.
I too am experiencing connection issues with an i phone 5 connecting to sure signal after upgrading my wife's 3Gs.
May i also request a reset/re-sync of both my sure signal devices with the following serial numbers-I've ried all the standard stuff, de/re registering the user, factory reset etc, all without success.
