This is another email I've received :
Thank you for your email here.
I sincerely apologise for all the inconvenience you had to face in this regard. For BT Wi-Fi, I have forwarded details to our concerned technical team and It should be resolved shortly.
We appreciate your patience in mean time. If you have any query, let us know.
Kind regards,

As I've said before just going round in circles
Very disappointed

I guess VF ranks posts on their activity, so the only possible way to get attention is by keeping this thread alive and voicing our concerns.
Also, if you have consumer contracts (instead of business like me) you can try your luck with twitter.
The VF UK help twitter account only cares about consumers (which is crazy in my opinion, but what do I know?)
The funny thing is that I'm sure there are people in the VF organisation in charge of customer satisfaction but the organisation is so convoluted that these people that might have the power to help us don't even know our problem exists. Quite sad.
This is why I hate long term contracts. After signing a 12 months contract you completely loose any kind of leverage. No matter how orrible is the service provided, you can't leave (without hiring a lawyer and spending a lot of time and money).

Thank you for your message.
I followed your instructions. At least this time the link to the way to get in touch with you worked!
Finger crossed (?)

I got a reply from Kayleigh who reads:
We don't have access to your account unfortunately.
You can contact the team that handles your account directly on 03333 046464.
So what is the point of this forum and of your help? I'm trying to find a solution without wasting hours on the phone.
Is there any way this forum can help me solve my problem?
