some caller IDs not showing

Hi, 

I have a couple of contacs who when they call it says Unknown. I know it is not their settings as I have another phone too and when they call on that, their ID shows. 

Apple have said it is not an issue with the phone, but with the network. 

ANy ideas what to do?

Thank you for your post, it is great to see you here. :smileyhappy:

I have not come across this before, is it the same numbers that do this each time?

Do you know if the numbers that this occurs with are on a particular network?

Please check that the contacts that this is happening to are not saved twice on your device, if the numbers in question are saved under two different contact names the phone will show the number rather than choosing one of the contact names.

Which phone are you using?

Are you still able to see the numbers that are calling? If so, are they saved in your contacts?
