sure signal deregister

I am no longer with vodafone and cannot access my account to deregister the sure signal so I can pass it on to my partener can you assit please

I understand I have to wait my turn, but this is matter of great importance as my partner has no vodafone signal, this is why I need to deregister and give it to her to register
