sure signal failed

my sure signal failed after a power out on 14th. not worked since.  VF confirmed its not their problem, BT the same.  Final attempt at solution before scrapping £100 worth of kit.

It may be worth trying a different power supply with the SureSignal (Version 1 & 2 ), as there have been some reports of replacement power supplies solving the issues. They are available on eBay for around £10.

At the date of your problem on the 14/11/15 a forum announcement on 13/11/15 said "We’re aware that some customers are experiencing connection issues with their Sure Signal, and we’re working to get this resolved as soon as possible. We apologise for any inconvenience caused."

I do appreciate this BUT I now been without a mobile signal for two weeks, this is not what I purchased a Sure Signal for, neither is it what I signed up with Vodafone for.   Haste in this situation is most imperative. Please.

What's the serial number of your Sure Signal?

 

serial number 42142452624

have now rebooted after 5 mins switchoff.  Now have solid red light and slow pulsing white next to it.
