Hi,
My suresignal is usually reliably but around 4 days ago it stopped working. Lights 1, 2 and 4 are steady but there is no light on 3. I have reset several times and still no signal. I really need this working as need for work.
What should i do?

Your Sure Signal serial number:
VSS Traceroute command
On a PC:
Click on Start and select Run
Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok
A black box will appear.
In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter
Paste the output of this command into your reply.
This will help us get the quickest possible resolution for you.

Hi, Can anyone help please. My suresignal 1 has worked without fault for over 12 months and after unplugging during a tidy up isn't working. I only unplugged the power so haven't changed anything else that could effect it. Lights 1, 2 and 4 are green and steady but can't get a light on 3 and have no service on my iphone at all. It works find when i leave the house and it finds a signal. What could be wrong? what could i try to fix it?
Please help.
