Hello.. i am having a super frustrating time with vodafone uk.. despite their coverage checker showing full 4G Indoors at my postcode the coverage turned out to be pathetic (1 bar at good times else no signal) .. so i installeed a sure signal account.. and linked my corporate account to it .. it started working .. so i thought i will move my personal number ( on leabara for years which uses vodafone network) to it .. but then i got to know from cust service i need to have a vodafone sim to do it, it will not work on lebara sim even though it uses vodafone network.. they advised taking a vodafone sim and poring in lebara number on the same.. so i went ahead brought a new vodafone sim .. and requested porting on it.. they said it will be done soon.. after 4 days .. services went off on my lebara sim.. nothing started on voda so i was without connectivity .. called and gave complaints.. and after many calls and 24 hours later .. it was able to port the services .. even after that am unable to add my number to the sure signal as it says

i have called them many times.. they say wait for 12/24/48 hours.. i have chatted live.. they say the same.. shockingly there is no mechanism for loggin complaing via app or email...and i feel dumb doing so many things and losing my lebara services which were FAR BETTER than vodafone services and MUCH CHEAPER btw .. i am appalled by vodafone services ... can anyone help?

No their isn't a Vodafone customer facing email address you can use.
If your still having issues even though your Vodafone SIM card is working as it should etc then you could speak to the Sure Signal Team at customer service.
From what ive read on the eforum the fastest way to do this is
"Customer service support-> Call 03333 040 191 then take option 2 three times and finally option 5 – straight to the Sure Signal team."
