11 Months still no fibre

Ordered fibre in March 2022, and activation date before end of March, lots of Facebook messenger messages back and forward. Claims that openreach tried to access property with no appointment but nobody was home on several occasions.

Finally got the boxes fitted internal and external just before Christmas.

Now told as the order has taken so long we have to start the process again. They started taking payment in September for service, yet to be refunded.

Have been paying existing supplier a premium rate as out of contract.

Now cancelled order with Vodafone.
