@tab99uk

In your picture of a ONT, there is no router connected. You are connecting to the yellow socket from the blue WAN socket of the router with the blue/yellow Ethernet cable.

Make sure you power the router OFF/ON after connecting.

Sorry if you have done all that, I don't mean to sound insulting, just want to make sure.

Interested to see your picture @CrimsonLiar once it's moderated.

But referring back to the ONT picture, should LAN be lit, when there is no LAN cable inserted?

Good catch. Indeed the LAN led should be off with nothing connected LAN wise. Bit of an anomaly. This could be one of openreach's stock images, or a faulty ONT.

that was a picture of the box i got from google my etherne cables plugged in i got new router sent its still the same no internet roter internet light flashign red.

suport is usless no clue what the problem is keep telling me to reset it.

It'll be a while before your picture is moderated; but have you logged into the router to see what is says under the Fibre Status?

Yours will be different to mine, as I'm not on Full Fibre.
