Placed an order on 6th March for activation on 31st -exactly same service as had been provided to the house by BT. to cut a long story short have been completely let down and messed around and when last week you further delayed possible activation offered for 9th May I asked to cancel and placed order with EE. However Vodafone did not cancel on 28th April as requested and now EE cannot confirm activation date AS VODAFONE ORDER STILL LIVE! Even upon leaving you still manage to keep me without service. I’ve had no broadband for almost 5 weeks. Get yourselves sorted!

@jooliepie Ooops that's a pain. It's all volunteers here, perhaps the moderators are staff (but I don't know that for sure). Anyway, contact customer support - details in this URL.
Or ...
Use live chat or call 08080 034 515 and https://www.vodafone.co.uk/bbservcd/

Yes they are, they are part of the social media team.
However, unlike on some ISP forums, they can't actually do anything other than check details and perhaps pass things on.

Thanks guys- I was just having a rant. Do not expect Vodafone to do anything to help based on experience. Service and communication appalling with absolutely no acceptance of any responsibility for huge delays causing complete loss of service and inconvenience. Going the arbitration route.

Hey @jooliepie, This isn't good to see, I'm sorry to hear there's been a mix up with your cancellation. As @Jayach's mentioned, we're members of the Vodafone Social Media Team. If you pop us a message via one of our social platforms, we'll be more than happy to look into what's caused the issues you're experiencing and see what we can do to straighten this out for you.
