I arranged a day off work after the emails, texts and letter which Vodafone sent me to remind me when the engineer would be here.
Alas, no engineer arrived. I called customer services and waited on hold for 2 hours, till my phone gave up on me!
Is this a sign of things to come? Could someone get in touch with me as I'd like to cancel all services before they start. Not a happy potential customer!

I am in the middle of the same nightmare! The engineer should have come between 8:00 and 13:00. I have been at home only for this purpose both I have just wasted my time and money. I have tried to contatct Vodafone both by phone and chat, no way!!! I am waiting on the phone sinc ethe last 4 hours now. This is disgusting and irritating. I want this issue to be fixed ASAP buth nobody can be conatacted at all. This is absolutly the worst fraud I have ever got!

Engineer was booked between 8am and 1pm today to install broadband. It’s Now 1 45pm and no one has arrived or contacted.
Trying to navigate customer services to speak to someone is very difficult.
I’ve had to book a day off work for this and there is no communication whatsoever….absolutely awful service.
could someone please get in touch and tell me when the engineer will be arriving.
