My Pro 2 500 Broadband has just been installed. I have downloaded the app and logged in. However after selecting set up, a page comes up entitled Firmware and I can't proceed beyond this. Has anyone else had this. Should the firmware be updated on the router perhaps and how should this be done? The same thing happens on another phone.

Hi. I had mine activated yesterday & encountered the same error. After googling it, I read to use a pin (hold it in for at least 7 seconds) to reset the router. Once everything rebooted, the app worked absolutely fine. It was a bit of a pain & I’d already change the password, etc, so had to go through all that again, but at least the app works. Good luck!!
