I waited in from 7am until 12 today for a new broadband service installation. I checked at 9am that the appointment was still on and was told that it was. By 11am I was tearing my hair out and phoned again. After nearly half an hour I was told that openreach were carrying out some work in the area and my appointment was cancelled. Why didn't anyone ring me? It's not a good start. I've had no apology or contact from Vodafone to say when we will have Internet service.

Same thing happened to me, I only found out 3 days later when I went in to track my order status. No courtesy call from Vodafone to inform me of why it was cancelled. Spent 2 hrs talking to 4 different agents on TOBI chat session trying to get resolved to no avail. *&"!*($&(

Yes Ive had a similar issue. Original connection date 20/04. Installation completed but couldn't connect until 11/05. Told yesterday that Open Reach had cancelled the works without Vodafone knowing. Was meant to be given a new date yesterday, didn't call me back. Im sat waiting in a queue to chat with someone now. Ridiculously poor service. If I was a new customer Id have cancelled by now! Hope you get connected soon, reading some of the messages, the speeds seem amazing 🤞

I have placed 3 new orders, each time it was cancelled by vodafone, I would only find out when I tracked it. Spent over 2hrs each time on the phone to be told a new order has to be done by the multiple agents/teams I get shunted to.

exactly the same here. I've been on a web chat since 11.59. its now 13.48 and I've just been told that they can't help me but someone will be in contact

Same ol BS with them. No one from Vodafone wants to take ownership and deal with issue/complaint. Fingers crossed someone gets back to you
