910 Package bit the Wifi speed is half speed.

Hi,

When I connect to the router via Ethernet, I get the speed around 900mbit but with my Wi-Fi 7 device, I can't get more than 500bit.  Is that normal?

If you take a look at this thread upload speed seems wrong - Community home you will see they were sent a Power Hub to replace their THG3000 as they were having problems getting the correct upload speed.

How are your upload speeds?

Thanks. Why am I not offered one? They should send a compatible hardware with the package purchased. I also try to update the firmware of the router but getting an error message:

Firmware upgrade failed

Unfortunately the Firmware upgrade has failed. Please try again at a future date.

That always happens with the THG3000. it's apparently looking for a non-existent upgrade server.

I have found that that my Fibre 910 package must come with a Power Hub and Vodafone didn't send me one. I will probably cancel my upgrade and get a new contract so It will come with a fully compatible Router.
