Broadband connection has dropped - Flashing white light on hub

No broadband connection since yesterday morning (22nd), flashing white light on the hub, tried a factory reset but this has not resolved the issue. Fault logged with the Technical Support team, anyone had the same issue and what's the lead time on it being resolved?
