I shouldnt have joined vodafone to get full fibre. The DLS was fine. Since we have been on full fibre we get constant drop outs over the 2 weeks we've had it. Always the same... At 6pm speeds slow from 900mbs drop to 0.2mbs. Then it disconnects.
Tonight now we can't connect. Red internet light. The black box has all lights on though. No connection and no IPv4 address. Tried factory reset.
25x more stable... What a lie. I want to cancel this contract and go back to DSL.
I was the first to get it I my block of flats. City fibre just put all the wires in to all the blocks and I've messaged everyone in our owners group, all 132 of them to avoid moving to full fibre with Vodafone.

Well, I've sent an email to the Evening Express. Will see what comes of it. Which I just had a response from that is been passed to the live team there.

I tried a VPN as well with the same result - speed instantly back up to the expected level!

honestly starting to think the same thing. My old 50/15 copper was great for gaming and streaming on one device. Never had any drop outs that I was aware of in 2 years. Good ping, no / limited packet loss.
First month of vodaphone fibre and had more slow downs, disconnects and connection issues than in 2 years of BT copper.
Ive resorted to just pulling the ehternet cable from the router and using the mobile backup.

It sounds like you're connected to one of our Pro broadband plans @Anonymous. Have you reached out to your dedicated support team? They'll be able be more than happy to help sort out any of the problems you're experiencing with your connection and help make this more stable for you. You can reach out to them by calling 0333 3040 191 from any UK number, or 191 from a Vodafone Mobile number.

O don't worry Mark. I’ve spent three nights on the trot wasting an hour on the phone to support getting passed between departments and receiving my cityfibre will call you in 24 hours text. Only a few hours away from a 4th city fibre 24hour promise from vodaphone.
Here’s to hoping it gets fixed, but so far id say this infastructure and the support from ISP is not fit for purpose. The whole point of this was to facilitate WFH post pandemic for our household. We tend to overlap 2-3 days a week and the copper did struggle with low upload speed on his res video calls and trying to get big files uploaded in a timely manner. Fibre to the rescue? Seems not, already been rudely reminded to "sort my [Removed] internet out" by senior colleagues.
Hoping very much this gets fixed quickl;y and doesn't occur again, but its already left a sour taste that will probably mean moving ISP when I can.

still on hold. Todays timer at 45mins and expect another 30mins when I finally get through and they say "oh you are a pro customer - how about another 30mins on hold whilst I transfer you"
Internet still 0.3mbps upload.
Lied to by 2nd line support saying they would set the mobile backup to unlimted data. This dropped today and wont provide internet despite being connected. Partner had to drive 1 hour to her parents house to be able to host and attened some critical meetings for a project shes working on.
Just unacceptable really

LOL, finally got through after 55mins. I explained he should read the extensive notes on the file rather than me explaining from scratch for the 5th time.
hung up on me after a few mintues of silence.... couldnt make it up

1 hour after the leave, internet drops out, ONT ok router flashing red.
when it reconnects back to 0.3mbps upload.

My advice would be to end your contract with Vodafone. If they deny you the right to cancel with no termination fee, contact trading standards.
You shouldn't have to put up with this sort of thing.
