For the last week my broadband hasn’t connected to my Sky Q box. I have tried re establishing the connection but without any look. Wait times on the phone are over an hour. Googling the problem suggests router may need a firmware update but unsure and if so unsure how to do this. Sky say it is an issue with the router rather than their Q box, any help much appreciated

It’s all sorted now, the wife had blocked the Sky boxes to boost WiFi signal whilst working from home!!!!!!

Blocking stuff certainly won't boost signal but will save bandwidth. Might have been easier if she just asked you to not watch sky 🙂
