I can’t receive incoming calls

I transferred to a Vodafone landline yesterday and now I can’t receive incoming calls but can make outgoing calls. I requested to keep my number from my previous provider (TalkTalk). I don’t understand why but need it fixed ASAP.

Hi @Muhsima How odd! Have any of the people calling you reported any error messages when trying to reach you?

Yes @Jack There is a recorded message saying “the number you have dialled is currently not receiving incoming calls, please try again later”.

Its very frustrating as I’ve moved providers before and never had a problem! If it wasn’t for this I’d be singing Vodafone’s praises!
