Calls over 5G + full disconnect and reconnect.

Hi. I have a Huawei Honor Magic 4 Pro. Wheen i make a call it switches to 4G. Is there a away to make calls over 5G.

Also i have been having terrible connections over 4G in my area since February 2022. No one has come up with a solution within this time. 

I have full 4G bars but my phone and friends phones like to connect to 4G instead of 5G while browsing.

I get 4 out of 5 bars 5G and full bars on 4G.

They ordered a new sim for me which has not worked. 5G isn't the best in terms of speed in my area but its better than 4G.

What could be the problem? | read here something to do with re provision something like that or a full disconnection and reconnection which has helped many.

What should i do?

Hey @afgzee Have you taken a look at our Network status checker? You can check to see if there are any outages or any on going maintenance. 

Regarding your phone showing as having full 4G but not getting the speeds, I'd suggest using our device guide and check over your settings.
