Post Title: SE25
1) Does the issue happen in just one location? If so, how far do you have to travel to regain service? In most of my travel locations
2) What is the full postcode (e.g. ST1 1AA) of where the issue occurs? If you don't want this showing on the Community, add it to your profile here.
It’s multiple areas I’ll fill out the profile
3) Does the issue occur if you try your SIM card in a different phone? I don’t have access to another phone
4) What errors are seen or heard when the issue occurs? Data loss, bad call quality on the other side of the line from my end
5) Does this happen on 2G, 3G, 4G or all?
I mostly get 4G but not a good 4G signal. I rarely get 5G anymore
6) When did you first notice this issue?
Over the last few weeks
7) Is the issue permanent or intermittent? If intermittent, are there certain times of the day when it occurs? It happens more often than I would like
Ive tried everything else. Another friend also expressed issues with the network on his phone.

Yeah I’ve sent them a message but they are taking forever to reply. It’s so bad when my plan is up next month I’m gonna move to EE. I can’t even get 5G anymore since I changed the settings to pp.vodafone.co.uk. I’m using Voxi btw. They wasn’t much help either

Thanks for sending the team a message, once you're connected to an advisor they'll send you a reply. In the meantime, if you change your settings back to wap.vodafone.co.uk, do you get 5G?

The issue is ‘somewhat’ resolved but the signal issues as in bad signal still persist. They said they should be resolved soon. But it’s not just in one area, so I’m not confident. Will have to think about leaving
