Hi @Chloe03x

Has your ee sim card now showing as no service may I ask ?

If so then try a soft reboot by turning your phone Off and then back On.

What-happens-on-the-day-my-number-moves-to-Vodafone.

If that does not help then call Vodafone on 0333 304 0191 or use Live Chat for support.

And or contact the Vodafone Social Media Team.

If I can be of any further help then please don't hesitate. Take care.  😎

My ee sim is still working and showing service even though I used a PAC code to transfer

You don't mention if you are on PAYG or pay monthly @Chloe03x

There may have been a problem due to submitting the code before receiving the SIM, but it shouldn't have happened.

Try resubmitting the PAC online here: Keep My Number When you choose the date, numbers don't port over a weekend or bank holiday on any network, and you will be looking at Tuesday or Wednesday next week.

If you have any problems, you will need help and support from Vodafone.  You can chat to ToBi and will be connected to the right advisor for help.  Contact Us

I've been with Vodafone for about 15 years, but this time I don't care about an "upgrade" with them and I just want to shop around for the best deal.

Can I buy a new deal with anyone that happens to be a Vodafone deal and give them the PAC code and keep my number etc?

Or do I have to either upgrade with Vodafone or move to a different provider?

Hey @raven89 If you take out a Vodafone contract with a third party you wouldn't be able to keep your number as you can't use a PAC to move your number within the network.
