Website being blocked by Securenet

Customers are reporting that they are unable to access my business website www.presst.co.uk as they are being blocked by securenet.

The block page is attached however it looks to show http, however there is a redirect in place from http to https so the site is secure.

Not sure if this is an http/https issue or if the site has been incorrectly classified? We are a small clothing/print business so this shouldnt be blocked!

Please can this be resolved urgently?Unknown.png

Has this been resolved yet?

Please provide me with information eg email address that I can use to take this further myself and also make a complaint as to how long this is taking to resolve!

Hi @stephen041 👋 I do apologise for the time this is taking. The last update we have is that the site is classified correctly according to our network team, due to your dispute the team are currently reviewing this carefully to make sure the URL is correctly categorized, we don`t currently have a timescale on this and we do need to make you aware that the original decision may not change. As they are not a customer facing team I am unable to provide contact details for them.

If it is that you do wish to raise a complaint could you please contact our social team by following the instructions here and we will be able to arrange this for you.

I have added Securenet to my own account today just for the purposes of testing my site, and it is still blocked.  Can you offer any advice as to what the actual issue is so i can go back to the developers with some more information??Screenshot_20210930-161336_Chrome.jpg

@stephen041 I've just checked the ticket for you and the website was incorrectly classified which is why this was being blocked. I'm sorry this happened. This has now been reclassified correctly, however, there has been an error between the systems meaning the changes aren't reflecting as they should at the moment. This has already been escalated further so we can get this resolved as quickly as we can for you. Once we have a further update, we'll let you know. Thank you for your patience 🙂

Still being blocked, why hasn't this been fixed yet!

The certificate error now shows a certificate with a common name of allot.com which is nothing to do with me, so I assume it must also be a vodafone error! If I continue through this I then get the securenet blocked page, So I assume that the previous certificate error is also related to securenet!Screenshot_20211004-111435_Chrome.jpgScreenshot_20211004-111449_Chrome.jpg

We've had an update from our team and we can confirm that we're changing the classification of the website to 'safe'. The teams are currently implementing this change on our systems, we don't have a timeframe for when this will be completed. If we do get a timeframe or any more information, we'll be happy to keep you updated on the Community.

Since posting the last message, we've received an update on the timeframe. For the implementation of the change, we're looking at the end of Oct 2021. If it's possibly to do the the change earlier this will be done, however, at the moment this is not a possibility. We will keep you updated with any more information that we receive.
