Hi,
We have Vodafone broadband and are moving home soon. We hopefully move in 1 months time but if it all doesn't come together then it might be 2 months time but also we might not move at all if it all falls through. We'll probably only know for sure about a week beforehand.
To transfer the broadband to our new address, you need 30 days notice. I could put in the transfer now and hope all goes well but what happens if it doesn't? My wife and I work from home so having no broadband would be an issue.
I couldn't find any information about delaying or cancelling the request if it doesn't go to plan. Is there a process for this and at what point are we fully committed to the transfer?
