I signed on for Vodafone superfast 2 in November 2021. It was a special offer deal offered through Money Saving Expert (MSE). The deal was that you got a £130 gift card 120 days after the order was completed. I have chased and chased but still haven't received my gift card. I'm being to think it's a scam or Vodafone think I'll either forget about it or get fed up asking for it.
Did anyone else sign up for this deal or a similar deal. Did you ever get your gift card? Did you have to keep chasing for it and keep getting told you need to wait a bit longer?
I'm not very impressed!

Hi @Tarzan
I can understand why you wouldn't be impressed at having to chase the promotional item.
What have Vodafone said ?
You could try the Vodafone Social Media Teams via Facebook Messenger or Twitter DM Here and make an official complaint Here.
If you haven't already also look through the Terms and Conditions of the promotion for more information.
I wish you all the best.

Hi @Tarzan
The Gift Card was promised by MSE and you should have received details to sign into Gift Cloud when you placed the order and provided Gift Cloud with your email address before being transferred through the affiliate site to Vodafone. MSE should have send an email with a link to click on after 90 to 120 days after sign up to claim the Gift Card and you would have a further 90 days to claim the Gift Card.
If you have not received the Gift Card 120 days after purchase you need to contact hello @ giftcard. com removing the spaces with your order number.
I would check your spam and junk box just in case the email has ended up there. If this has not been received there should be some Terms and Conditions with contact information on the MSE site.

Thanks for your reply.
I did sign up with Giftcard but when I'd heard nothing after 120 days I contacted them and was initially told that gift card would need to make further investigations with Vodafone. After 7 working days Giftcard informed me that Vodafone has confirmed that I am eligible for a gift card but it could take up to 10 working days to send it to me. After more than 10 working days I chased Giftcard again and this time I was told that it could take a few more working days for the reward to be delivered. When I chased again to say that this was not acceptable the response I received from Giftcard was "Unfortunately there is a delay in sending the rewards. We kindly ask you to wait a few more working days"!
I think this is very poor for what should be a tried and tested process. If Vodafone are going to outsource this scheme to a partner then Vodafone still has a responsibility to ensure that the rewards are being issued in a timely manner by their partner. In my experience this process is broken and a burden on the customer and I wonder if it is only me or whether giftcards are being delayed for all new customers on this reward scheme?

I'm sorry to hear you're still waiting for your vouchers @Tarzan, you should've received them by now. To make sure you've not overlooked the email containing them, please check you inbox and junk/spam inbox for anything from Giftcloud:
no-reply@giftcloud.com
no_reply@mail.wegift.io
If not, as these offers are run by the affiliate site and not ourselves, you'd need to contact them directly regarding this. As it looks like you've taken up an offer being run by Money Saving Expert, you can do this by using the address provided by @AnnS (hello@giftcloud.com).
