Whenever I try to log into my account, it comes up with the request security code page, but says "Sorry, you don't have a number registered to this account to send an access code to. Call 03333 040 191". I've done this multiple times and half the time the customer service rep has been useless, other times they've made it so that my account resets which takes 3 days, after which I re-register the account and add my phone number, then log in and do whatever it was I needed to do. But then next time I go to log in, it's forgotten my phone number and it goes back to the same request security code page and says "sorry, you don't have a number registered..." as before. This has happened multiple times and is infuriating, how can I get my account to remember the basic details I've given it and just let me log in when I need to?
