Turn off SIP ALG

Hello

I had switched home broadband from TalkTalk to Vodafone last week. I had tried to turn SIP ALG off in the Vodafone router but I could not find any option to turn off SIP ALG in the router.  Is they any way to turn off SIP ALG?  I'd really appreaciate if someone can help me resolve my problem.

@Tauponz Hi, there's no option to turn the SIP ALG off on the Vodafone router. If you're trying to use VoIP calls, then I'd recommend to use your own router. We can supply your username and password to enter into your own router to allow you to disable the SIP ALG. If you want us to get your details for you, please let us know. Joe

We have the same issue how do we go about getting round this as need to work at home with the current health situation and cant connect our voip phones!

Hey @iseewebpeople, what Vodafone Broadband are you using at the moment? Superfast or Gigafast? Have you managed to get this resolved since you last contacted us?

Is the service username and password we need to use our own routers something you can provide us with online? The customer service phone lines are very busy.

Hello I have a IP phone to enable me to work from home and have recently changed over to Vodafone broadband, I am constantly getting SIP calls coming through onto my works phone, which is really annoying!!!  Can you please help?
