Good evening.
I recently see that Vodafone have changed there pay as you go plans and I would like to move to the new pay as you go plus plan.
I'm currently using the £20 big value bundle and there is no link to move over to the new plans whether it's online Vodafone app or 2345 I'm getting no where. The old plans have completely disappeared but are not saying how to move to pay as you go plus. I find it misleading as it's only saying I can only mive from one big value bundle to another but not the new plans. The new plan have 5g that's the main reason I want to move.
Thanks for any help.

This is a new product @Kevin65 . There will be some information coming soon. If you purchase a new SIM it will have a new number.
No doubt this thread will be answered by the Social Team very soon. There will be a lot of Vodafone customers enquiring about PAYG plus.
edited to add: Vodafone are likely to make changing very simple @Kevin65 , and it would be possible to make the plan change through the Application or by calling 2345. Give the Team time to get to the thread.

Hey @Kevin65 I hope you're well! The initial launch of Pay as You Go Plus is only for brand new customers. Existing customers will have the option to migrate to the new plans later this year but no date for this has been confirmed yet. Any and all updates will be available on the website.

Thank you both for your replies.
I suppose I can buy a new sim card then transfer my number or just go with a new number.

You can absolutely take out a new Pay as You Go Plus SIM and plan and have a new number @Kevin65 but you won't be able to transfer your existing Vodafone number over to replace the new one.

Does the new payg plus come with 4g and wifi calling? I am unable to find any support pages to confirm this?
