Hi, I am vodafone pay as you go customer. I am trying to swap the sim as the old sim is quite old and temperamental. I managed to get a new sim sent to my address. When I am trying to do the simswap online, after logging to the online account it says - no device associated with sims and so cannot do simswap. Then I used the online form without logging in and it says we have encountered error. This has happened multiple times. Obviously the vodafone store have been not helpful at all. So I am writing this message here. Is anyone able to help plesae?

Try clearing your cookies and cache, close down the browser and try again, also try from an alternative browser @ananthrajgopal
If there are still problems you are going to need the help of Customer Services or live chat, they will be able to take your details and complete the SIM swap.
The other alternative is to speak to the Social Team by following this link Contact Us

Thanks, yes doing it in a different computer in a different browser did help.
May be I should have told the customer service in store to shut down the computer and clear the cache. I didnot think of saying that to the customer service in vodafone store then. I know better now. Anyways thanks for your help.
