Voxi data usage not updating!

So, I have a plan on Voxi, £10 for 30GB, I have 10 days left of this months plan but according to my Voxi account I still have 30GB remaining, I’ve even asked CS how much data I have left and they also said I have 30GB..

I use my phone a fair amount, I was with Three before and use to use 20-30GB per month, I watch roughly 30 mins per day on Netflix in my work meal break and also stream 2 hours per day internet radio all whilst not connected to Wi-Fi! 
seems like I have unlimited internet, my worry is I’ll use up my data allowance and my phone will stop working, as I have no idea really how much data I have left..

anyone else have this issue?

I wonder is this is the same issue Voxi had previously @a_ukboy where there were some technical issues and Voxi temporarily switched everyone over to unlimited data.  It would certainly be worth asking Voxi this question.

 

I have found this previous thread Voxi data usage - Community home (vodafone.co.uk) where the OP was sent a text message notification recommending to restart the phone to make sure everything is set up.
