I bought a pay as you go sim - 7 GB that was supposed to be tripled to 21GB. Can’t figure out how to get the extra data. I got one text from Vodaphone saying I wasn’t eligible, then one saying that I was already enrolled. The app is still only showing 7GB for my monthly total 😡

I've found in the past that the extra data is virtual so this is used up before your actual data allowance is used @slwa
They can't usually change your data allowance to show the promotional data.
Vodafone Customer Support on 191 or Live Chat or the Vodafone Social Media Teams via Facebook Messenger or Twitter DM can clarify.

Yes @slwa An excellent Summertime promotion from Vodafone.
You will receive a text notification from Vodafone when the promotional data has been added to your account, this usually happens within 24 hours. When added you will be able to see the entire allowance in your application and will use the core allowance first, followed by the promotional data. If you are wanting to roll over data will only be able to roll over the core allowance.

I sent the required text to activate the extra data but never got a response from Vodaphone saying the data had been added.
Wishing I’d bought the same EE sim my husband did for our summer trip to the UK 😢
