4G CALLING ON SIMPLY PLAN?

I have a 4g compatible phone on a Simply Plan. Can I get/enable 4g calling on this plan? If so, does it use Data to make a call, as I don't use Data on Vodafone, as 2nd SIM (EE) is used for this.
