Cant activate youtube premium

'It looks like you have an active YouTube subscription.' message popping up. Cancelled my original subscription and it expired  16th of september, but message still keep popping up.

First month billing confusion

Hello, everyone! I got the 200GB $49/month plan with the discount so it's $39 in total. I just got my first month bill and it is $39 for the days 25th to 28th of Feb, 2025. Is it supposed to be how it works? I thought it's gonna be $39 for 28-30 days...
