I have had home broadband for a while. I recently took out a 2 year mobile contract via mobiles.co.uk.

So now I have 2 accounts. And also I haven't had the £5 off a month on my broadband for signing up to a mobile contract.

I spoke to the live chat people. They told me to fill in this form https://www.vodafone.co.uk/vodafone-uk/transfer-of-ownership/form/

I did that almost a month ago. Nothing's happened. Please help.

It's worth setting up a Twitter account for contacting all customer services channels.   It's a very effective way of interacting and most will respond very quickly.   They know that, if they don't help you, you can put a lot of stuff in the public domain. (Account specific discussions will always be private)
