Hi Vf. I recently changed contracts and paid off my old contract to sign up to a pay monthly. The app bo longer works for the same registered mobile number. I have deleted the app, reinstalled. The error code 3300 seems to be linked to the mobile number. Please rectify or advise.

Try going into your Apps and clearing the data and cache @leightont007 and logging in again using the same information for your online account, make sure you use a mobile data connection and not WiFi, this is needed to locate your account.
