I've just realised ive been billed an extra £59 for an extra number on my account for almost a year when i only have 1 phone number?

Has anyone had this happen?

Hi @BRIDIE1967

This is going to need account access to see how this has happened etc.

Please phone 191 or use Live Chat or the Vodafone Social Media Team's Contact-us-for-account-specific-queries and they'll investigate this for you.

I assume you don't recognise the mobile number and no-one else has access to your account or is a named trusted person.

Consider using ASAP this  Reporting-suspected-fraud.

I would have thought that the nost likely explanation would be that you took out an additional contract when trying to upgrade (possibly through a third party).   If you weren't aware what had happened, the original contract wouldn't have been cancelled (though note that, if you do that, you'll lose the number) and you'd go on paying for it.  As @BandOfBrothers says, Customer Services will be able to look at this for you.   If you want to cancel the first contract, make sure you transfer the number to the new one first.
