Blacklisted iphone

My phone was lost on the 7th of July but was found not long  after, at the time I ran Vodafone and they blacklisted my iPhone. I have requested on numerous occasions for it to be unblacklisted but it hasn’t been done yet and I’m disappointed because it’s obvious that they can’t fix it! Why should I continue to pay for a phone I can’t use!!!

It's always more complicated removing a blacklisting than it is to blacklist.  Follow this link Contact the Social Team through Twitter or Facebook and they will be able to help.

 

When the phone is working don't forget to remove the lost or stolen restriction from your account or the SIM will remain unusable.

I can appreciate how frustrating this must be.

If you have another sim card i.e not the replacement Vodafone sent can you try that in your iPhone just to see if it's the iPhone that's blacklisted and not an account bar placed on your account when you reported as lost.

You can check the status of your iPhone via www.checkmend.com/uk/

thanks for your response. I went into a store we tried a new sim that didn’t work! Then we tried my sim in a different phone and it worked. The manager checked and it was showing that it was still black listed this has been going on for over a month now!
