My above Vodafone Broadband account closed on 06 Jul 2022. However, I checked my credit score and I can see the account is still active on Credit Reference Agencies. Please can you close the account on my credit file as final bill had been settled and there is no outstanding bill remaining

The online form to complete and submit to contact the Credit File Support Team is on this link @k3rosin You will get an email confirmation after submitting the form and it will take around 30 days for your file to be amended.
