I recently started with Vodafone on a new contract and tried to remove content lock by verifying my age using my debit card. Every time I tried I got an error message, as seen in the screenshot.
All my details are correct e.g. billing address and I have tried several different combinations e.g. adding Mr in front of my name.
I remember having this *exact same problem* two years ago on my old Vodafone contract, and eventually had to go to a store to have them verify my age.
Has anyone actually been able to use the online age verification thing?
It seems to be permanently broken for me.
