I had a personal Vodafone mobile plan which I requested to move over to a business account on 12/09/24. It was approved and transferred into a Ltd company's name on 02/10/24. I then received two missed payments on my TransUnion credit file for November 2024 and December 2024 when I was no longer liable for those periods. I am seriously struggling to get any support. I have contacted Vodafone via phone and was assured they were removed from my account. I have an email from Vodafone stating "Just to confirm, we completed the transfer on 2/10/2024, which means you’re no longer the owner or responsible for any charges associated with the plan." Please can someone help me reach Vodafone to remove these incorrect late payment marks from my account? this is causing me serious distress as I'm currently looking to start a mortgage application. It could not be worse timing.
