Hi! I just recently avail a mobile device plan 2 days ago (iphone 13). The phone was successfully delivered but my number hasn’t been transferred to vodafone. It was set on October 14 but until now, I have no network at all. So basically, I can’t use my phone without a wifi when I’m outdoor.
In addition, I have a broadband account under vodafone since last year and used the same email address under my new mobile device plan as I thought it will be easier to access both in one account, however, I can only access the broadban account in My Vodafone app.
Can someone explain what’s going on and how can these issues be resolved?
