Hello all,
I have had a Galaxy S24 Ultra device plan since around the time it came out. But after multiple complaints to Vodafone regarding terrible network signal where I live and poor service they agreed to let me out of my airtime agreement but carrying on paying my device plan. But since I no longer have a mobile number with Vodafone I cannot access my device plan anymore & cannot make extra payments or view current balance. Is there any way of doing this at all without the original number?? Or would I have to use another number to access it?? It's a bit frustrating and also despite no number that Vodafone doesn't still give you access to your account or send statements. Help!!
