Dual phone numbers using the same call plan.

Hi,

I currently have a call plan with Vodafone which is for my personal calls.  I'm looking for an easy and cost effective way to add an additional phone number which I can use for work as I want to keep my work and personal calls separate.

I'd like all calls and minutes come from my existing call plan too so that is simplified.

Are there any options which Vodafone can offer for this???

Thanks

Hi @CosMarchy

Each SIM would have it's own identification number with separate Terms and Conditions and have individual calls, texts and data allowance, you wouldn't be able to have two numbers sharing the same allowances.

If you are looking for a cheap alternative, a workaround would be to have a PAYG SIM and divert calls from your pay monthly contract to the PAYG number but that still leaves you needing the second SIM for outgoing.

Also take a look at Voxi, still Vodafone but giving more for your money here: Voxi

Unfortunately this isn't possible with Vodafone UK.

You could use a hybrid dual sim phone that can use two separate sim cards and or one with an esim in but they'd be separate numbers and tariffs.

Ok, thanks guys.

Bit disappointing it is not easily possible but it is what it is and certainly worth an ask 😁😁😁
