I keep getting a error message when trying to accept my entertainment package can anyone help please

If you have tried without success to verify here: Vodafone Entertainment I would suggest you speak to the Social Team through Twitter or Facebook channels including a link to the thread they will be the Team to get this solved for you.

Are you connected through your mobile data when accessing the entertainment pack? Please make sure that you are as you may be charged if you process this over Wi-Fi services. 

Have you contacted our Social Media team to discuss your account? We're unable to look into your account specifically over the forum
