I have already paid my bill but I have received an SMS as if I had not paid. What I can do?
I have paid my invoice for more than 10 days through my credit card but my invoices appear the same amount, what is the way to present a receipt or demonstrate that I have paid?

Depending on when the bill was paid, it might either not have cleared yet or the text was prepared earlier. The Social Media team on Facebook or Twitter will be able to take your details and check for you.
Edited to add: you could also check your online account - the should show the details too.

The invoice was paid 8 days ago, the problem is that it still appears as a pending invoice on the website.
I have tried to contact them but it has been impossible and I do not want them to cut my phone line.
